From the start when we first met with Lisa at the Corona, CA Carpet Emporium, we felt extremely comfortable! Lisa made us feel confident in her and Carpet Emporium's ability to completely satisfy our requirements. We wanted to install Rev Wood by Mohawk plus new elegant Baseboards throughout our entire house. Lisa worked with us to deliver a great timeline and what we perceived as an exceptional value!
Our installers, Fernando and Gaby (a husband and wife team), worked hard from the start. We liked the fact that Fernando and Gaby worked for Carpet Emporium and were not third-party contracted installers. They removed all of the existing carpet and tile, working in phases from one end of the house to the other. In each phase, they would do the demo work and then install the Rev Wood and Baseboards. They were very meticulous and paid great attention to detail!

I currently had my whole house redone with vinyl flooring done by Jessie. He did amazing! He was super detailed and such an awesome guy when it came to customer service. Highly recommend the company, had such a great experience with them.

Really happy with my experience with Carpet Emporium and flooring. Vic and his team have been great. I had some issues with my flooring due to manufacturing flaws. When the manufacturer denied the warranty after several years, most flooring company probably would have said "your on your own", but Vic stepped up and replaced my flooring free of charge. Thank you Vic!! Love the new flooring!

We had a hard time trying to find a shop that we felt comfortable doing business with. After going from shop to shop and still not being able to decide, Vic & Henry immediately made a great impression on us and helped us finalize our project. They are very knowledgeable and experienced but not overbearing when it comes to selling us on the flooring. They also gave us a great deal on our floors. Jesse, the installer, was quick and efficient. Sandy’s customer service was also great. I have referred them to my family and friends and will definitely be coming back for my stairs and upstairs flooring projects. Thank you for everything!

Awesome service! Got a great price for carpet for my upstairs from Nick, $3.79 a square foot installed and everything. He was very helpful during the selection process.
